I’m a technology optimist born in Belgium, trained as an engineer, grown as a marketeer and seasoned as a general manager. I learned to program at the age of 16, but discovered early on that business runs on people instead of on technology.
My experience is focused on making organisations adopt new digital workflows. This often starts with analysing the customer experience and optimising the processes, usually through techniques like design thinking and lean startup methods. I also have a lot of digital marketing experience, which I like to combine with change projects to create a strong momentum.
In my projects, I report into C-level and usually create and manage a small dedicated project team. My deliverables are not just a plan, but I also follow through with implementation and tangible business results.
